1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the sixs6 platform, accessible at sixs6.bar, including all products and services offered through the website and mobile app. sixs6 is an online entertainment platform providing sports betting, live casino, slots, and related gaming services.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, regardless of how they access it — whether through the website on a desktop, the mobile app on Android or iOS, or any other supported device or browser. By accessing or using sixs6 in any way, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the platform under these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that minors in your household do not access your sixs6 account. This includes keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing your password with anyone, regardless of their age.

sixs6 also reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use sixs6, you must create a personal account by completing the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, and to keep that information up to date throughout the life of your account.

Each person may hold only one account on sixs6. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts linked to that individual. Any funds associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

• Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account, including all bets placed and all transactions made.
• You must keep your login credentials — particularly your password — confidential at all times.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify sixs6 support immediately.
• sixs6 will never ask you for your password through email, chat, or any other channel. Do not share it with anyone claiming to represent the platform.

Account verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. You will be asked to submit a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and may be asked to confirm your registered mobile number. This is a one-time process designed to protect both the player and the platform from fraud.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

sixs6 supports multiple PKR deposit methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and various mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). sixs6 does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are generally credited to your sixs6 balance quickly — most methods process within minutes. However, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and network conditions. sixs6 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. These are displayed at the time of deposit.
• sixs6 reserves the right to request evidence of fund ownership in cases where the source of a deposit is unclear.
• Deposits made for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, particularly for initial payouts. This is a security measure designed to prevent fraud and ensure your funds go back to a verified, personal account. Once your account is fully established and verified, additional withdrawal methods may be available.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the sixs6 payments team during standard operating hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within 1–2 hours. Raast transfers can be near-instant for supported banks. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on your institution.

• You must complete account verification before your first withdrawal request will be approved.
• Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits that vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in your account settings.
• Funds received through bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting these conditions will result in the request being held.
• sixs6 may request additional verification documentation for large withdrawal amounts. This is standard practice and is handled promptly.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

sixs6 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, if an account shows unusual withdrawal patterns or repeated partial withdrawals that appear designed to circumvent normal processing, sixs6 reserves the right to review and temporarily hold those requests pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

sixs6 regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cricket match specials, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. It is your responsibility to read those terms before accepting any bonus.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits vary per promotion and are stated in each offer's individual terms.
• sixs6 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed through a technical error, duplicate account, or fraudulent means.

7. Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on sixs6 — whether on cricket, the PSL, international T20s, football, esports, or any other market — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport or event. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform and should be read before placing a wager.

For sports betting, a bet is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message or notification from the platform. Bets that do not receive confirmation — for example, due to a connectivity issue at the moment of submission — are not considered valid and will not be settled.

• sixs6 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error — for example, where an odds error occurred due to a technical fault or data feed issue.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live conditions. A bet accepted in-play is valid from the moment of confirmation, not from the time you initiated the bet request.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These are displayed on the bet slip prior to submission.
• sixs6 may limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets. Current payout limits are available in your account settings.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant sporting authority, bets will be settled according to the published rules for that sport.

For live casino games, the rules of each individual game — including return-to-player percentages, side bet conditions, and dealer rules — are provided by the game supplier and are accessible from within the game interface. sixs6 does not alter the core rules of any live casino game.

Slot game mechanics, including paylines, volatility, bonus round triggers, and maximum win caps, are set by the game provider. Any dispute regarding slot outcome must be directed to sixs6 support, who will liaise with the provider on your behalf if the matter cannot be resolved immediately.

8. Responsible Gaming

sixs6 is an entertainment platform and is intended to be enjoyed as such. We take responsible gaming seriously and provide tools to help players stay in control of their activity on the platform.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: You can enable notifications that remind you how long you have been playing during a session.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel you need a break, you can self-exclude your account for a chosen period — from 24 hours to a permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account or receive any marketing communications.

9. Player Conduct

sixs6 expects all players to use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, or forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or display faults to gain an unfair advantage — for example, placing bets after an event outcome is already known due to a data delay.
• Colluding with other players or with platform representatives to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Sharing accounts, selling accounts, or transferring funds between accounts that you have created under multiple identities.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during registration or verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards sixs6 staff through any communication channel.

sixs6 uses monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns and account activity. Where a pattern consistent with prohibited conduct is identified, the relevant account may be suspended while an investigation is carried out. sixs6 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder once the review is complete.

10. Privacy & Data

sixs6 collects and processes personal data as part of normal platform operations — including registration, account verification, payment processing, and customer support. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the sixs6 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering an account, you consent to sixs6 collecting and using your data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes storing your identity documents for the purposes of age and identity verification, and retaining transaction records for a defined period in line with standard financial record-keeping practices.

sixs6 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud detection services where necessary to operate the platform and protect players. All third-party service providers used by sixs6 are bound by data protection obligations.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

sixs6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms. In the event of a suspension, sixs6 will communicate with the account holder to explain the reason and, where appropriate, the steps required to restore access.

• If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of a review.
• If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at the player's own request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable and will not be returned upon account closure regardless of the reason.
• Players who believe their account has been closed in error may contact the support team to submit a formal dispute. sixs6 will review all disputes within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome in writing.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting sixs6 support. Self-exclusion requests are also available through the Responsible Gaming tools in your account settings for players who wish to take a break from the platform.

12. Changes to Terms & Governing Rules
